Excess fabric on the sides

I've reached out to baileys blossoms by phone and was told to email with pictures for the women's dress that has extra fabric on the sides by the thighs, but nobody ever got back to me. It is so ****. I've never had an issue with the Mishay dress until this one. I'm disappointed because I love the Mishay dress so much that I bought them all.
