Cute but runs really big

I originally ordered a large and sent it back because it was too big. I exchanged it for a medium. The medium is also too big, but due to having to pay my own return shipping I decided to just make it work. I understand the shipping policy is to keep prices low but it is a bit frustrating when you can't try things on until you get them.
