Care & Maintenance

We recommend all clothing items (shirts, pants, rompers, etc) to be hand washed or washed on delicate cycle in one of our garment bags for added protection, with mild detergent.  Items containing embellishments which are delicate in nature (pom pom & lace trims, etc) should be laid flat to dry.  Please note that any items made of mostly delicate components, specifically lace dresses and rompers, should be hand washed.

Use iron as needed to remove wrinkles and smooth out satin bows for a crisp clean finish.  The only case in which an iron is not advised is on t-shirts or capes with a satin vinyl embellishment as it may come off onto the iron.  Glitter embellishments may be ironed directly.

Non-washable items, such as our floppy hats, may be gently spot treated/washed with a mild cleanser and air dried.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is very important to us!  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@baileysblossoms.com  We will gladly accept the return/exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of SALE and/or CLOSEOUT, custom, made to order items (specifically made-to-order shirts, etc), these items are not eligible for return.

NON-CLOSEOUT Items needing to be exchanged can be sent to us with a note including your name, order # and request for exchange/refund to the address listed below:

Shipping Policy

Our current turn around time is 1-2 business days (not including weekends and postal holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive as once it is in the hands of the US Postal Service we no longer can further expedite the processes used by them (they only guarantee Express mail packages, the remaining time frames are estimates only). Please consider any shipping or transit times offered to you by Bailey's Blossoms or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in as timely a fashion as possible to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

 

Out-of-Stock Products

Our current turn around time is 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and postal holidays.  However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Our policy is to inform you via email of any item(s) that may be out of stock.  We will wait 24hrs to hear back to see if you would prefer an exchange or refund.  If we do not hear back during that time, we will refund the out of stock item and ship the rest, so as not to further delay the arrival time on your order.  Likewise, as we do not ship on weekends, we may not allow the complete 24hrs on a Friday (we do our best to have ALL orders shipped out before the day is done!), so you don't have to wait all weekend to have your order processed.

 

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
