Processing Times

All standard, ready to ship orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
During high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, and new launches, processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated and charged by individual couriers based on shipment weight. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location and service delays beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please ensure you add info@baileysblossoms.com to your safe senders list so you don't miss important notifications and updates regarding your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bailey’s Blossoms is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:

1. Check with neighbors or family members who may have accepted it.
2. Contact your local post office or carrier directly.
3. If the package is not located, please email us at info@baileysblossoms.com so we can assist however we can.

For extra peace of mind, we offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at info@baileysblossoms.com Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make address corrections or reroute packages.

Preorders & Backorders

Items marked as preorder will ship on or around the estimated date listed in the product description.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship together when the preorder item(s) arrive.
